Evaluations Services

Ming Chuan Consultancy Services provides evaluation services for projects, businesses and organizations within China. Our aim is to help people become more effective and strategic in the way they do their work. We will also assist in strategic planning, project management and leadership development.

 

Previous evaluations carried out by staff of the consultancy have been for other wholly owned foreign enterprises working in China, either in the field of community development, or for small businesses with a community development aspect. In all cases, evaluations of the projects were needed for the donors or investors of the project and / or organisation.

 

During evaluations, we place a high value on being thorough, but respectful, so that the experience of the participants is neither threatening or demeaning in any way. At the same time, the reports that we produce and the recommendations that we make are direct and truthful. Through the evaluation procedure, we seek to meet both the needs of the donors and those implementing the project. The former, so that they  know how their money is being spent and the latter so that the project or organisation can make changes for the better.
