About Us Ming Chuan Consultancy Services is a wholly owned foreign company, based in and operating within the city of Shi Jia Zhuang in Hebei Province, PR China. The company was established as a result of recognizing the need for a private company to bridge the cultural gap between Chinese and foreign institutions in the field of education, training and development.
Vision The vision for Ming Chuan Consultancy Services is to establish a dedicated team of Chinese and expatriate professionals, who share the same beliefs and values, and who can provide professional consultancy services for a number of disciplines, but specifically in the field of educational development.
Beliefs The foundation for Ming Chuan Consultancy Services is the fulfillment of Jesus Christ’s commandments. Therefore, the teaching that we provide is biblically based and seeks always to be full of truth and grace.
Values Ming Chuan Consultancy Services values people over organizations. It is therefore the intention of the consultancy that the company be a servant for its staff, not the other way around. Furthermore, no discrimination will exist between Chinese and expatriate staff and therefore each person’s position within the company will depend upon their skills, experience and level of maturity.
